Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule a photography appointment. However, as a professional real estate photographer, we rely on your appointment to schedule our day and plan our workload. With this in mind, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. This allows us to fill the slot with another client, and avoid any inconvenience for both parties.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the photography package will be charged.
If we arrive at the scheduled appointment time and are unable to gain access to the property, or if the property is not ready for photography, the full cost of the photography package will still be charged.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather, we will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time. However, we will not be responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred by the client due to weather-related cancellations.
